Still Varsity terms of use
Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms cover the Still Varsity app at stillvarsity.app. The Club has its own Community Guidelines, which you accept when you join it.
Using the app
You can use Still Varsity without an account (your data stays on your device) or with one. You are responsible for what you do with your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. You must be at least 13 to use the app, and at least 18 to join the Club. Do not misuse the service: no attacking it, scraping it, or pretending to be someone else.
Health and fitness: not medical advice
Still Varsity gives general fitness, nutrition and fasting guidance. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian. Talk to a professional before starting a new program, especially if you are injured, recovering from surgery, pregnant, have a health condition, take medication, or have or have had an eating disorder. Do not use the app to lose weight if you are underweight or if dieting is unsafe for you. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong. You use the app and every exercise, food and fasting suggestion at your own risk.
Coaches
The coaches in the app (Nia, Sofia, Hannah, Kenji, Leo and Hiro) are AI-powered characters, not real people, and their pictures are AI-generated. Their messages and Club posts are written by Still Varsity, not by licensed professionals. Their accounts in the Club are labelled as AI coaches.
Your content
What you post in the Club stays yours. By posting it you let us store it and show it to the people you chose to share it with. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening or private about other people. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break the Community Guidelines.
Challenges
Club challenges are for fun and motivation. Progress is reported from your own device, so results are self-reported and not verified. We may remove entries that could not be real. Weight-loss challenges are not a goal to chase at any cost: go at a safe pace and stop if it stops being healthy.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features need a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime access is a one-time payment for as long as the service runs. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that you will get any particular result. To the extent the law allows, Still Varsity is not liable for injury, loss or damage from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Questions: support@stillvarsity.app.
